Somatic Coaching explores what we may need to shift at the mental, emotional and spiritual levels in order to live our lives to their fullest capacities.  Finding clarity as to who we want to be and what we want to achieve in this life is the part of the concept.  It helps us recognize and shift our shape, body language and behaviors that no longer serve us anymore and to embrace new practices that support us in what we have to offer to the world.
