Cohen lists five ways to keep readers coming back to your business blog:

- Use the right keywords: incorporate the words your readers use when they look for the information
- Distribute your posts on the right platforms: give readers options for RSS feeds, email notices, and social media links
- Respond with the right follow-through: monitor and take action
